Department of Expenditure (DoE), Ministry of Finance along with National Informatics Centre jointly organised 1st National Workshop on Central Public Procurement Portal which was held at Stein Hall , India Habitat Centre, New Delhi on 4th Jan, 2018 . The workshop was inaugurated by Shri P K Das, Additional Secretary,Department of Expenditure,Ministry of Finance and Key Note Address was delivered by Shri Ajay Sawhney, Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. Senior officers from various State Governments, Central Governments Departments, CPSEs along with officials who use the portal attended the same.
During the workshop Mobile App (Android version) as well as Analytical Dashboard on GePNIC has been launched. Awards were given to best performing Central /State & PSU procuring entities in different categories. Talks by Experts, Panel Discussion were highlights of the day.
