Procurement Policy Division, Department of Expenditure (DoE), Ministry of Finance and eProcurement Division, National Informatics Centre jointly organised the 2nd National Workshop on Central Public Procurement Portal at New Delhi on 21st Jan, 2019 at Stein Hall , India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
The workshop was inaugurated by Shri Girish Chandra Murmu, OSD Expenditure cum Secretary Designate, DoE and Key Note Address was delivered by Shri Ajay Sawhney, Secretary, MeitY, Dr Neeta Verma, Director General NIC, Sh Sanjay Prasad, JS PFC II, Ministry of Finance and Sh Nagesh Shastri, DDG &HoG eProcurement were the dignitaries on the dias.
During the workshop CPP Portal 2.0 with enhanced features was launched and Annual Report 2017-2018 on CPPP was also released. Awards were given to best performing Central /State & PSU procuring entities in different categories.Talks by eminent users across Central Government, State Governments and Central Public Sector entities and Panel Discussion were highlights of the day.
