Dr.MarriChanna Reddy Human Resource Development Institute of Telangana organized a workshop on Public Procurement and Contract Administration for Military Engineering Services (MES) on 20th June 2019. They invited NIC Telangana e-Procurement division officials to focus on CPPP portal.

Dr.Y S Murty-ASIO and HOD, e procurement, NIC Telangana, imparted the training. The participants were introduced to various modules of e-procurement system like prerequisites for the procurement, enrolment of the department users/bidders, eCompliance of Tender Documents, Various Price Bid Templates, Preparation of BOQ (Bill Of Quantity), Creation of Tender/Corrigendum and Publishing of Tenders, Bidder Dashboard, Bid Submission Process, Online Bid Opening (Technical/Financial), Updating of Evaluation Results (Technical/Financial) and Award of Contract.

The practical session was also conducted to the participants with live data on Price Bid preparation, Tender creation, Bid Corrigendum and Publishing tender, Bid Submission, Bid Opening (Technical) and Updating of evaluation results (Technical), Bid opening (Financial) and Updating of Evaluation Results (Financial) and Award of Contract.

Ms.V.Nagamani, Technical Director, Mr. PKNS Phani Shankar FMP, NIC Telangana State Centre, Coordinated the training and practical sessions, explained the same. They focused on Central Public Procurement Portal features and impact of the process on Govt. user departments and bidders. About 63 officials were participated and raised queries. All are appreciated the efforts of NIC and Government of India.
