Estate office, UT Chandigarh has decided to hold auction of its residential, commercial and industrial through e-Auction portal. A training session cum facilitation workshop was held on 18/01/2019 and 22/01/2019 at UT Guest house for bidders. During the workshop, a brief overview on the e-Auction process which is DSC based, was given to the participants. Demonstration of complete e-Auction application was given to the bidders on the demo portal (https://demoeproc.nic.in/eAuction). Adequate provision of systems was made for the bidders to do handholding on e-Auction application. Complete end to end process of document submission and bidding was shown to the bidders and all the concerns raised by them were addressed. Some of the Licensed Certifying Authorities, as approved by Controller of Certifying Authorities, setup their stalls for the convenience of the bidders for making their DSCs, which was a big help for the bidders.
