The ELCOT, Chennai has organised training on eProcurement & eTenders ( GePNIC ) on 21-07-2020 which was conducted through online NIC - WebEx platform.
The Online session on eProcurement and eTenders was conducted using the services of NIC Chennai and Shri B Seenivasan, Scientist E imparted training on the entire procedure relating to online Tenders.
The session was attended by 10 officers from ELCOT, Perungudi and ELCOT Nandhanam was well received. During the session, entire Procurement area like Tender Creation / Publish / Opening / Evaluation / Award of Contract has been covered and in particularly the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) & General Technical Evaluation (GTE) has been explained very deeply.

The Officers actively interacted with the faculty through Q & A and Chat facilities and all the doubts and issues raised were clarified by the Faculty in an efficient manner.
ELCOT, Chennai thanked NIC Chennai for deputing the Faculty and also appreciated his lecture.
