An online training session, on GePNIC modules, was organized by Sh. S. S. Duggal (STD-NIC-Punjab) & team on 19.09.2020 @ 11:00 AM onward for four urban local bodies (viz. Municipal Council Adampur, Municipal Council Alawalpur, Municipal Council Bilga, Municipal Council Goraya) which comes under the department of Local Governement of Punjab. This training was imparted through CISCO WEBEX (an online tool) as the physical meetings are being ignored due to present COVID-19 situation.

The various modules of GePNIC (viz. Tender Creation / Publishing, Bid Submission, Corrigendum Creation / Publishing, Bid Re-submission, Technical Bid Opening, Technical Evaluation, Financial Bid Opening, Financial Evaluation, Award of Contract) were covered during the session. The end users' queries were answered during the training and an Q&A session, at the end, was also organized so that the remaining queries could be answered properly. The training continued for 3 and half hours (11:00 AM to 02:30 PM).
