NIC Himachal Pradesh had conducted a one day training programme on eProcurement system (CPPP) for the Assistant Account Officers (AAOs) of Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts and Financial Service Group B (gazetted),Ministry of Communication, Govt. of India. This training was conducted at HIPA (Himachal Institute of Public Administration), Fairlawns Shimla. Complete Tender cycle has been demonstrated and 27 officers participated this training programme.
