One Day Training on e-Procurement (QCBS process) system of NIC was conducted for Uttarakhand Gramya Vikas Samiti (UGVS) funded by Rural Enterprise Acceleration Project (REAP) under USRLM and ILSP projects organized on 16th March 2023. All total Five(5) department officers attended the training session and complete Tender Cycle was demonstrated right from Tender Creation , Tender Publishing , Technical Bid Opening , Technical Bid Evaluation , Financial Bid Opening , Financial Bid Evaluation , Bid Submission. Training ended with question answer session .
